My name is Linda and I would like to say a big big thank you to all the staff in the London shop for the warm welcome I received when I came for my Changeaway.

The staff member who looked after me also transformed me into the woman I have always wanted to be and all my nervousness and shyness soon left me.

I can certainly assure you next time I am back in London my first stop will be at Transformation.

When I first stepped into the Transformation shop in Birmingham I was greeted by two smiley faces, a perfect beginning to my perfect day. I was amazed at all the wigs and shoes, it was truly an aladdins cave.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and my transformation into Maggie was amazing. I could not believe the end result and would like to thank all the staff especially Mark for creating my perfect image. I look forward to meeting Mark again at the hotel.

Wandering past the Euston Shop I ventured in for my first change away and had a wonderful day trying on different outfits and wigs and also meeting new friends who have taken me “dressed” to several clubs where they introduced me to many of their friends.

I have invested in some of the feminising hormones and the effect are wonderful and I feel so happy and content.
