You need a free personal advisory facility, readily available at any transformation shop.This would provide qualified help and advice and get a quick visual glimpse of your feminine possibilties. Don't forget they stock specialist items/ sizes/and clothing. Once you wear silicone breasts and corsetry,wow! You will definately feel like a woman.
